Pricing

In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, Becker Shoes will, from time to time, make changes to the Contents and in its products or services. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or form an error in pricing information received from others, Becker Shoes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for at the incorrect price. Becker Shoes is not responsible in any way for typographical or photographic errors. Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute, download, and print in hard copy portions of this Site solely for the purposes of: (1) placing an order with Becker Shoes; or (2) using this Site as a shopping resource, on the condition that you do not modify the Site and that you retain all copyright, intellectual property rights and other proprietary notices contained in the Contents. Shipping

Becker Shoes strives to process and ship your order in a timely manner. Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Orders are sent via third party carriers. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed. Delivery normally takes place within 7 days. Isolated and rural areas may take longer. Delivery times and terms of shipping will vary according to the third party carrier. Becker Shoes will make every attempt to resolve any issue with the third party carrier. Confidentiality

Becker Shoes recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of our customers. Please refer to our comprehensive Privacy Policy. Becker Shoes does sell products for children, but only sells them to adults who can complete the purchase with a credit card. The Becker Shoes mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Becker Shoes (“Becker Shoes”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Becker Shoes’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Becker Shoes through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).
