Do returns have free shipping?

Becker Shoes does not cover return shipping or provide prepaid labels. Customers are responsible for ensuring their packages are scanned by the carrier, and we are not liable for lost, unscanned, or damaged returns.

We partner with Route for optional shipping protection, covering lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you opt out of Route, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Where do I return my order, and can I return it in store?

Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged at any Becker Shoes store or through curbside pickup. While in-store returns are accepted, website purchases should ideally be sent back to our head office at 70 Sandford Fleming Drive.

Please note that, depending on your online payment method, refunds cannot always be processed immediately at the store level, though products can still be physically returned, and the Website Department will process the refund within two business days.

The following payment methods cannot be processed at the store level: PayPal, Sezzle, Afterpay, and Stripe (Express Checkout).

I didn't receive tracking information for my order, what is my tracking #?

You can track your Becker Shoes order by creating an account on our website: Create an account . Accounts must be set up before the order is placed to show up properly. For guest orders, tracking info is sent to the email provided at checkout — please check spam/junk folders.

If you still haven’t received your tracking number, email info@beckershoes.com or call (1-855-705-6205) for assistance.

My order status is Complete, when will I receive my order?

Your order is marked complete when it has been processed and shipped.

Canadian orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS or Canada Post, with delivery taking 2–7 business days depending on the carrier.

U.S. orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with shipping through USPS taking approximately 12–20 business days.

Please note that shipping times may increase during the peak holiday season, and Becker Shoes cannot guarantee on-time delivery from all carriers.

I have selected my item, but cannot place the order.

You’re close to completing your purchase! In the top right corner, click on the shopping bag icon. If your item has been added to the cart, you will see the number of items in your bag. Click the shopping cart, and then select Proceed to Checkout to complete your order.

If you are having troubles getting items into your shopping cart, please ensure you have selected a Color, Size, and Width on the product page. Even if only one option is available, it must still be chosen before the item can be added to your cart.

My bag has too many items in it. How do I remove them?

No problem! Simply open your shopping cart, and you'll have the option to edit or remove items before you proceed to checkout. This way, you can easily adjust your selection before placing your order. If you need any further assistance, feel free to ask!

Can I return an item and exchange it for a different item with a higher price and have the additional amount added to my credit card?

It’s usually faster to return your order for a refund and place a new one right away. Your refund will be issued once the return is received.

If you’re near a Becker Shoes store, you may return items for a refund or request an exchange.

Items exchanged for a lower-priced product will have the difference refunded to your credit card. Please note that we cannot charge additional monies to your credit card for higher-priced exchanges.

Refunds for PayPal, AfterPay, Sezzle, or Stripe orders must be processed by our Web Department, though products can still be dropped off in-store.

Can I use my Gift Card online?

eGift cards can be used online without issue. Traditional in-store gift cards cannot be applied directly at checkout, but if you place your order with a credit card and contact our office at (1-855-705-6205) or info@beckershoes.com, we can apply the gift card value to your order and refund the amount to your credit card.

What is Becker Shoes price match policy?

We are happy to offer price matching for eligible items to ensure you get the best value. Follow the guidelines below and reach out to info@beckershoes.com or at (1-855-705-6205) with your request to price match.

Price Match Guidelines

To qualify, please provide:

  • Photo proof of the competitor website and item showing the reduced price.
  • Identical items only (same style, colour, and size).
  • Item size must be in stock at Becker Shoes and the competitor.
  • A complete Canadian advertisement (print or online) from the competitor.
  • The advertisement must be valid at the time of your purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Liquidation, bankruptcy, store-closing, door crashers, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day sales
  • Amazon or auction house listings
  • Marketplaces
  • Non-branded or private-label products
  • Damaged items

I am in the US. What duties or tariffs will I be paying?

Due to the current U.S. government’s removal of the De Minimis Rule for packages under $800, consumers are now required to pay higher duties and tariffs. Retailers like Becker Shoes must also ensure all duties and tariffs are cleared before shipping. To help you receive your order without any hidden fees, we charge a flat $50 shipping rate for U.S. orders. Duties and tariffs are always paid by consumers.

I found a discount code advertised on another website, does Becker Shoes honour these codes?

While some websites might promote discount codes, these are not approved by Becker shoes and will not be honoured. All promo codes and promotional activities are communicated through Becker Shoes' official marketing and social media channels.
