Becker Shoes does not cover return shipping or provide prepaid labels. Customers are responsible for ensuring their packages are scanned by the carrier, and we are not liable for lost, unscanned, or damaged returns.
We partner with Route for optional shipping protection, covering lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you opt out of Route, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged at any Becker Shoes store or through curbside pickup. While in-store returns are accepted, website purchases should ideally be sent back to our head office at 70 Sandford Fleming Drive.
Please note that, depending on your online payment method, refunds cannot always be processed immediately at the store level, though products can still be physically returned, and the Website Department will process the refund within two business days.
The following payment methods cannot be processed at the store level: PayPal, Sezzle, Afterpay, and Stripe (Express Checkout).
You can track your Becker Shoes order by creating an account on our website: Create an account . Accounts must be set up before the order is placed to show up properly. For guest orders, tracking info is sent to the email provided at checkout — please check spam/junk folders.

Canadian orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS or Canada Post, with delivery taking 2–7 business days depending on the carrier.
U.S. orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with shipping through USPS taking approximately 12–20 business days.
Please note that shipping times may increase during the peak holiday season, and Becker Shoes cannot guarantee on-time delivery from all carriers.

It’s usually faster to return your order for a refund and place a new one right away. Your refund will be issued once the return is received.

Items exchanged for a lower-priced product will have the difference refunded to your credit card. Please note that we cannot charge additional monies to your credit card for higher-priced exchanges.
Refunds for PayPal, AfterPay, Sezzle, or Stripe orders must be processed by our Web Department, though products can still be dropped off in-store.
