Creating and using your Becker Shoes account before placing your order is the easiest way to track the status of your online order, view your purchase history and more.

Why Add Route Protection?

Adding Route Protection gives you peace of mind by safeguarding your order against unexpected shipping issues. With Route, you’re covered if your package is:

 

  • Lost in transit – never worry about missing deliveries.
  • Stolen after delivery – get a quick resolution if your order is taken.
  • Damaged on arrival – receive support and replacement options without hassle.
  • Example: If your package goes missing during the busy holiday season, Route will step in immediately to resolve the issue, saving you the time and stress of chasing down carriers.

 

Instead of dealing directly with carriers, Route handles the claims process quickly and efficiently, ensuring your order is replaced or refunded with minimal effort on your part. For just a small fee, Route Protection guarantees a smoother, stress-free shopping experience.

Expedited Shipping

Please allow time for your order to be processed and quality-checked before it is handed off to the carrier. Expedited shipping shortens transit time, but does not bypass standard processing times.

 

If an expedited order is placed between Thursday evening and Friday evening, it will not be picked up by the carrier until the next business day.
There are no carrier pickups on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.

Canadian Orders

  • Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation to the email provided
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days, Monday to Friday (EST)
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s UPS or Canada Post tracking number and, if selected, the Route Shipping reference number
  • Appropriate taxes are charged according to the billing address
  • Orders over $100.00 will be shipped free of charge either by UPS or Canada Post
  • Orders under $100.00 will have a $15.00 flat rate for shipping
  • We offer alternative shipping options for faster delivery at the time of your checkout online. Delivery time depends on the carrier's shipping schedule.
  • We ship your order from any of our 16 store locations or our warehouse. Some orders may be split-shipped or gathered to ship together
  • Shipping costs are Non-refundable, and these costs are not covered by Becker Shoes unless indicated.
  • Becker Shoes will not cover any loss due to carrier service shipping errors, which include: packages lost in transit, packages that aren't scanned by the carrier and packages that are damaged in transit. Please contact the Route or the carrier with these issues.

U.S. Orders

  • Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email to the email provided
  • Becker Shoes lists all products online in Canadian dollars
  • Orders are processed and shipped out 2-4 business days, Monday to Friday (EST).  If there are multiple items on the order, they will be gathered and shipped from one location, which may delay the shipment of the order
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking number and, if selected, the Route Shipping reference number
  • Orders will be shipped by Canada Post until the parcel reaches the Canada / USA border.  USPS will deliver the parcel to you from the border. The Canada Post tracking number will be the same as the USPS when it passes through customs.
  • We charge a standard $50.00 shipping fee for all United States orders, which helps cover some duties due to recent changes to the de minimis threshold. *Please note that this may not cover all additional duties or fees, and customers may be responsible for any extra charges incurred upon delivery.
  • Deliveries within the continental US generally take 12 to 14 business days. (Parcels held up at Customs may delay your delivery.  Deliveries to remote areas will be longer
  • Holidays, severe weather or delays at the border may delay delivery.
  • Shipping costs are Non-refundable, and these costs are not covered by Becker Shoes unless indicated.

International Orders

  • We do not ship, accept, or process orders or returns from outside Canada or the United States.

Holidays

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and any other holiday specific to an area or to the United States.
