HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION:
We have extended our return policy for the holidays! Any purchases made on or after November 21, 2025, can be returned until January 30, 2026.
Online Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date for unworn items in their original packaging (Becker Shoes does not cover the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid return labels). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected by Becker Shoes. We aim to process all refunds within 2 business days, though this may take longer during busy holiday or sales periods. Please note that orders paid with PayPal, AfterPay, Sezzle, or Express Checkout (Stripe) may take 7–10 business days to process.
In-Store Returns: Items purchased online may also be returned at any Becker Shoes location (Becker Shoes stores are only located in Ontario). However, please note that stores cannot process refunds for PayPal, Stripe, Sezzle, or AfterPay orders. For these transactions, the return will be accepted in-store, but the Web Department will process the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days, though they may take longer during peak holiday or sales periods. Orders made with PayPal, AfterPay, Sezzle, or Express Checkout (Stripe) will take 7–10 business days to process. Credit card purchases can be refunded directly in-store.
Shipping Costs: Becker Shoes does not cover the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for ensuring their return packages are scanned and documented by the postal service. Becker Shoes is not liable for shipping errors, including lost, unscanned, or damaged packages.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly process a return for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees). To initiate a return, please contact our office by phone at 1-855-705-6205 (Website Customer Service) or by email at info@beckershoes.com for approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy: For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size or style and returning your original purchase for a refund.
Final Sale Items: Please note that clearance items, in-store markdowns, special orders, and face coverings are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Guidelines: For Canadian customers, we recommend returning items via Canada Post for convenience. For returns from outside Canada, we recommend using registered mail and clearly marking the package as “RETURN ITEM” to avoid additional duties. If a courier is used, any incurred duties will be charged to your account. Unfortunately, Becker Shoes cannot provide prepaid shipping labels for returns outside of Canada.

Returns must be in the original brand shoe box and may be wrapped, boxed, or bagged. If the original shoe box is taped or damaged, the return will be void.
