Full Time Stock Room Associate (up to 40 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Stockroom organization, accessibility and cleanliness
  • Receive store merchandise and verify against invoice
  • Ensure inventory accurate, accounted for and exceptions resolved
  • Prepare and Receive shipments and damages in a timely manner
  • Complete transfer requests accurately
  • Handling telephone inquiries with a friendly and professional manner
  • Contribute to creating flexible and enjoyable team atmosphere
  • Maintain store standards
Required experience:

 

  • Strong organization skills and keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Know when to seek guidance
  • Understand and work with sense of urgency
  • Work efficiently in a fast paced team oriented environment
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel, power point
  • Familiar with Retail POS systems
Physical Requirements:

 

  • Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking
  • Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry and reach
  • Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds
  • Ability to climb a ladder and use step stool

As a Sales Associate and Fit Specialist, you will be required to fit customers of all ages for various types of footwear. You will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for each customer, and as such customer service and retail experience are considered an asset.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will:

 

  • Have the ability to work in a performance-driven sales culture
  • Have the flexibility for varied shifts/work holidays/weekends between 9:00am and 9:00pm
  • Thrive in an energetic team setting
  • Be able to promote, sell and convey insight on various footwear models, brands and technologies to customers
  • Be able to complete additional daily tasks as required
  • Be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, climbing ladders and bending as needed
  • Have, or are willing to develop customer service and retail sales skills
