Shipping

Creating and using your Becker Shoes account is the easiest way to track the status of your online order, view your purchase history and more.

Canadian Orders

  • Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours, during business hours Monday to Friday (EST)
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s UPS or Canada Post tracking number
  • Appropriate taxes are charged according to the billing address
  • Orders over $80.00 will be shipped free of charge either by UPS or Canada Post
  • Orders under $80.00 will have a $15.00 flat rate for shipping.
  • We offer alternative shipping options for faster delivery at the time of your checkout online
  • We ship from any of our 16 store locations or warehouse location to ship out your item.
  • Shipping costs are Non-refundable and these costs are not covered by Becker Shoes unless indicated.
  • Becker Shoes will not cover any loses due to Postal Service shipping errors, this includes: packages lost in transit, packages that aren't scanned and packages that are damaged in transit. Please contact the Postal service with these issues.

U.S. Orders

  • Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail
  • Becker Shoes lists all products online in Canadian dollars
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours, during business hours Monday to Friday (EST). If there are multiple items on the order, they will be gathered and shipped from one location which may delay the shipment of the order.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking number. The Canada Post tracking number will be the same as the USPS one after it passes through customs.
  • Orders will be shipped by Canada Post until the parcel reaches the Canada / USA border.  USPS will deliver the parcel to you from the border.
  • We charge a standard $35.00 shipping fee for all United States orders.
  • Deliveries within the continental US generally take 12 to 14 business days. (Parcels held up at Customs may delay your delivery.  Deliveries to remote areas will be longer. Orders from Hawaii or Alaska should be e-mailed to info@beckershoes.com.  We will confirm shipping details before processing order.
  • Holidays, severe weather or delays at the borader may delay delivery.
  • Shipping costs are Non-refundable and these costs are not covered by Becker Shoes unless indicated.

International Orders

  • We do not ship, process, accept orders or returns from outside Canada or the United States.

Holidays

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on the following holidays; New Year's Day, Familly Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and any other holiday specific to an area or to the the United States.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipping your order for unworn items in their original box. Monies will be returned to the customers method of payment once the return product is recieved by Becker Shoes and checked. No refunds will be provided for items that are not returned to or purchased from Becker Shoes.

Becker Shoes does not provide free shipping returns, does not cover return shipping costs or refund shipping costs. Becker Shoes will not cover any loses due to Postal Service shipping errors, this includes: packages lost in transit, packages that aren't scanned and packages that are damaged in transit. Please contact the Postal service with these issues.

 

**The responsibility is on the customer to ensure the postal service scans the return package and provides a receipt; Becker Shoes will not provide any refunds or cover any loses if the return item is not scanned by the postal service.

If you are not totally satisfied with your order we will gladly accept returns for a refund of the full amount excluding any shipping fees. Please contact our office by phone 1-855-705-6205, to reach the Website Coordinator, or by email info@beckershoes.com to have your return approved. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of Becker Shoes shipping your order. A refund will only be issued for unworn items returned in their original packaging; we suggest trying your new footwear on indoors to avoid wear. When returning merchandise a refund will be issued for the cost of the shoes, excluding any shipping charges (Canadian Express Shipping and USA Standard Shipping). When exchanging an item, the customer will pay for the shipping cost on returned merchandise and we will pay for the shipping of new merchandise. Refunds will be issued by Becker Shoes and done through the original method of payment. We will not accept items returned COD. All in-store sale basement items, final clear-out sales, special orders and face coverings will be considered a final sale.

Canadian customers paying for the cost of shipping, may return items the most convenient way, which is through Canada Post. When Becker Shoes is paying for the cost of shipping we will forward a Canada Post label and the item can be dropped off at the nearest Canada Post Office. For returns from outside Canada it is advised that returns be sent by registered mail and clearly marked on the box "RETURN ITEM". This is the best way to avoid duties. If mail is not convenient and a courier is used any duties incurred will be charged to your account.

Do not place shipping labels on the shoe boxes or tamper with the original packaging.
 

Items purchased online can also be returned to any Becker Shoes location if they are unworn and returned in their original packaging. If returning an item to the store please note that PayPal refunds will have to be processed at our Head Office, but the item will be accepted at the store. Items purchased by credit card should be refunded in store.
