I bought these shoes in April for work and wear them in the office every day. The arch support insole and cushioning is amazing, and they're the most comfortable "professional" shoes I've owned. The ability to slip them on with no hassle is worth every penny, particularly when you're changing from outdoor to indoor footwear in the winter, and they seem like shoes that will last the test of time. They're difficult to scuff and easy to maintain. There was no breaking-in period, as the shoes were ready to wear from day one (though I did switch out the elastic laces for the more traditional ones, which came included).
Cosmetics-wise, just be mindful that the black colour would be better labelled as dark gray; when I wear them with black slacks, the shoes are much lighter. As well, there's a thin red line where the outsole is attached to the shoe, and it is more noticeable in person compared to the online photos. I only wish it were a neutral colour or black, as it can stick out a bit. Other than these minor details, these are amazing shoes, and I highly recommend.
