Below you will find our comprehensive shipping and returns information to answer all of your questions.

Creating and using your Becker Shoes account is the easiest way to track the status of your online order, view your purchase history and more.

Canadian Orders

  • Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours, during business hours Monday to Friday (EST) 
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s UPS or Canada Post tracking number 
  • Appropriate taxes are charged according to the billing address
  • Orders over $60.00 will be shipped free of charge either by UPS or Canada Post
  • We offer alternative shipping options for faster delivery at the time of your checkout online
  • We ship from any of our 15 store locations or warehouse location to ship out your item.

 Shipping to Canadian Territories

  • Orders to Canadian Territories will be shipped via Canada Post for a standard fee of $15.00
  • Delivery could be up to 3 weeks (weather depending)
  • We ship from any of our 15 store locations or warehouse location, to ship out your item

Delivery Time Frames

Below are approximate delivery times by UPS Standard Service and Canada Post Expedited. 

  • Within Ontario – 1 to 3 business days
  • Eastern and Western Provinces – 4 to 8 business days 
  • Deliveries to remote and rural areas will be longer. Holidays and severe weather will also delay delivery. 
  • Beckers Shoes ships from Ontario, detailed delivery information can be obtained at www.ups.com or www.canadapost.ca

Store Pick-Up Request (COD Orders)

Becker Shoes has 14 store locations within Ontario, Canada to serve you.

For your convenience, store pick-up orders can be tried on and paid for at any Becker Shoes location, free-of-charge and with no obligation to buy.

Using our COD in-store order process is as easy as 1, 2, 3...

  1. Choose any number of items online at www.BeckerShoes.com and select a store location at the time of checkout
  2. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday and coordinated to the store of your choice
  3. A Sales Associate from your chosen store location will call upon the arrival of your item(s)

U.S. Orders

  • Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. 
  • Becker Shoes lists all products online in Canadian dollars.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, during business hours Monday to Friday (EST) 
  • Discrepancies in billing and shipping information may delay order processing 
  • You will receive an e-mail to confirm processing and shipping of your order with a Canada Post tracking number 
  • Please note we cannot ship New Balance, Dunham or Aravon to United States. Shipping to United States 
  • Orders will be shipped by Canada Post until the parcel reaches the Canada/ USA border. USPS will deliver the parcel to you from the border.
  • We charge a standard $20.00 shipping fee for all United States orders. 
  • Deliveries within the continental U.S. generally takes 5 to 7 business days. (Parcels held up at Customs may delay your delivery).
  • Deliveries to remote areas will be longer. Holidays, severe weather or delays at the border may delay delivery.
  • Orders from Hawaii or Alaska should be e-mailed to info@beckershoes.com. We will confirm shipping details before processing your order.

International Orders

We do not ship or process orders from outside Canada or United States.

Holidays

Please note that we don't process or ship orders on the following holidays; New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and any other holiday specific to an area or to the United States.


Return Policies

Becker Shoes does not provide free returns at this time.

If you are not totally satisifed with your order we will gladly accept returns for a full refund. Please contact our office by phone 1-855-705-6205, to reach the Website Coordinator, or by email info@beckershoes.com to have your return approved. No unauthourized returns will be acccepted.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of Becker Shoes shipping your order. A refund will only be issued for unworn items returned in their original packaging. When returning merchandise a refund will be issued for the cost of the shoes, excluding any shipping charges (Canadian Express Shipping and USA Standard Shipping). When exchanging an item, the customer will pay for the shipping cost on returned merchandise and we will pay for the shipping of new merchandise. If a return is due to a shipping error or manufacturer's defect all shipping charges will be refunded. Refunds will be issued by Becker Shoes and done through the original method of payment. We will not accept items returned COD. All in-store sale basement items, final clearout sales and special orders will be considered a final sale.

Canadian customers paying for the cost of shipping, may return items the most convenient way, which is through Canada Post. When Becker Shoes is paying for the cost of shipping we will arrange for the package to be picked up by UPS. For returns from outside Canada it is advised that returns be sent by registered mail and clearly maked on the box "RETURN ITEM". This is the best way to avoid duties. If mail is not convenient and a courier is used any duties incurred will be charged to your account.
