Shipping & Returns

 

CANADIAN ORDERS

  • Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, during business hours Monday to Friday (EST) 
  • Please note, discrepancies in your credit card's billing information may cause delays in processing your order. 
  • If we are shipping to an address other than that of the card holder's billing address we may contact the card holder to confirm the order 
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s UPS or Canada Post tracking number 
  • Appropriate taxes are charged according to the billing address

 

Free Shipping To Canadian Provinces

  • Orders over $60.00 will be shipped free of charge by UPS Standard Service or Canada Post Expedited to P.O. Boxes. 
  • Faster services can be selected in the shopping cart and the appropriate charges will be added to your order. Errors in billing information may cause delays in processing your order. 
  • Shipping options for orders under $60 can be selected in the shopping cart

 

Delivery Time Frames

Below are approximate delivery times by UPS Standard Service and Canada Post Expedited. 

  • Within Ontario – 1 to 3 business days
  • Eastern and Western Provinces – 4 to 8 business days 
  • Deliveries to remote and rural areas will be longer. Holidays and severe weather will also delay delivery. 
  • Beckers Shoes ships from Ontario, detailed delivery information can be obtained at www.ups.com or www.canadapost.ca

 

Shipping To Canadian Territories

  • Orders to Canadian Territories will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited for a fee of $15.00 per pair. 
  • Delivery could be 2 to 3 weeks. 
  • Delivery to remote areas could be longer. Holidays and severe weather may also delay delivery.
 

Store Pick-Up, Free Of Charge

  • For your convenience, Store Pick-Up Orders can be tried on and paid for at any Becker Shoes location.
  • Store Pick-Up Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. 
  • Within 48 hours, during business hours Monday to Friday, we will e-mail you to confirm the availability of your order. 
  • If your order is not in stock at the selected Becker Shoes location, it may be 1 to 2 weeks before it is available for pick-up.
 

U.S. ORDERS

  • Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. 
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, during business hours Monday to Friday (EST) 
  • Discrepancies in billing and shipping information may delay order processing 
  • You will receive an e-mail to confirm processing and shipping of your order with a Canada Post tracking number 
  • Please note we cannot ship New Balance, Dunham or Aravon to United States. Shipping to United States 
  • Orders will be shipped by UPS Standard Service or by Canada Post to PO Boxes for a fee of $20.00 per pair 
  • Deliveries within the continental U.S. generally takes 5 to 7 business days 
  • Deliveries to remote areas will be longer. Holidays, severe weather or delays at the border may delay delivery.
  • Orders from Hawaii or Alaska should be e-mailed to info@beckershoes.com. We will confirm shipping details before processing your order.
  • Most orders under $200.00 should enter the United States without duties charges but Becker Shoes cannot control when duties will be charged. The customer will be responsible for any duties, customs or taxes charged at the border.
 

Oversea Orders

We do not ship or process orders from outside Canada or United States. We also will not ship to a Shipping Depot address.

 

Holidays

Please note we don't process or ship orders on the following holidays; New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and any other holiday specific to an area or to the United States.


Return Policies

If you are not totally satisifed with your order we will gladly accept returns for a full refund. Please contact our office by phone (705)445-7490, please ask for the Web Coordinator, or by email info@beckershoes.com to have your return approved. No unauthourized returns will be acccepted.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of Becker Shoes shipping your order. A refund will only be issued for unworn items returned in their original packaging. When returning merhcandise a refund will be issued for the cost of the shoes, excluding any shipping charges. When exchanging an item, the customer will pay for the shipping cost on returned merchandise and we will pay for the shipping of new merchandise. If a return is due to a shipping error or manufacturer's defect all shipping charges will be refunded. Refunds will be issued by Becker Shoes and done through the original method of payment. We will not accept items returned COD. All sale items and special orders will be considered a final sale.

Canadian customers paying for the cost of shipping, may return items the most convenient way. When Becker Shoes is paying for the cost of shipping we will arrange for the package to be picked up by UPS. For returns from outside Canada it is advised that returns be sent by registered mail and clearly maked on the box "RETURN ITEM". This is the best way to avoid duties. If mail is not convenient and a courier is used any duties incurred will be charged to your account.
