Our order form is presently not on a secure server, if you
feel unsafe about sending us your credit card information over
the internet please contact our head office at (705) 445-7490
or print the order form and fax it to us at (705) 445-9527.
We
will respond to your order immediately with a confirmation that
it has been received. We will confirm the availability of
your order within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) and will quote
you the total price of your order including the cost, taxes and
shipping charges. Canadian residents are charge G.S.T.(7%)
and P.S.T. (8%) and United States residents are charged only G.S.T.
(7%). All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and U.S.
prices are an approximate conversion. The U.S. price will
depend on your credit card company's rate of exchange. We
accept Visa and Master Card and ship to residents
within Canada and the United States.
We
primarily ship by surface mail (Canada Post) and depending on
your location it may take up to two weeks to receive your order.
Shipping charges start at a base rate of $8.00 depending on your
location. We can also ship by Express Post or Puralator
and can quote you on charges for these services.
We
guarantee your money back within 30 days of you receiving your
purchase. Your credit card will be refunded once we have received
your returned purchase. Shipping
costs of returned items must be paid by the customer. Returns
within Canada may be sent the most convenient way. We advise returns
from outside of Canada be sent via surface mail with the box clearly
marked 'Return Item'. This way duties will be avoided. If a shipper
is used outside of Canada and duties are incurred they will be
charged to the customer |
