We will respond to your order immediately with a confirmation that it has been received. We will confirm the availability of your order within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) and will quote you the total price of your order including the cost, taxes and shipping charges. Canadian residents are charge G.S.T.(7%) and P.S.T. (8%) and United States residents are charged only G.S.T. (7%). All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and U.S. prices are an approximate conversion. The U.S. price will depend on your credit card company's rate of exchange. We accept Visa and Master Card and ship to residents within Canada and the United States.

We primarily ship by surface mail (Canada Post) and depending on your location it may take up to two weeks to receive your order. Shipping charges start at a base rate of $8.00 depending on your location. We can also ship by Express Post or Puralator and can quote you on charges for these services.
